EMAIL COMMUNICATION: Kappes Miller sends electronic communications to all residents if you have provided your email address.  It is a great way to get urgent, up to the minute information regarding all community issues.  Email Mark Johnson: [email protected] to add your name to the list.

Annual Fire Equipment Inspections-
Saturday June 16th 9AM-3PM:
Please be advised that Innovative Systems will be on-site on Saturday, June 16th between the hours of 9AM and 3PM to perform the annual fire equipment inspections. They will need access to your unit for a very quick visual inspection.  If you are not planning to be home that day, please make arrangements to provide a key to a neighbor or possibly board member.
Community Recycling: We are serviced weekly by "Recology CleanScapes" and they do offer recycling of additional items at their Recology Store in Gilman Village.  Items such as: computers, florescent bulbs, batteries, car seats, bicycles, books, small appliances and electronics are able to be recycled and this service is FREE to Daybreak residents. Also, most furniture, clothing, tv's, toys, etc. can be donated to Value Village just down the road! Let's keep our trash and recycling free from recyclable and/or donatable items.

Neighborhood Watch:  Keep our community safe and try to keep an eye on one another's properties.  When criminal activity is suspected, neighbors are encouraged to report to authorities, and not to intervene.  Issaquah's non-emergency police department phone # is: (425) 837-3200

DayBreak at Issaquah Ridge is a 90-unit condominium community with lovely views from its perch above Issaquah. The 3-story construction style is known fondly as a "woody-walk-up," as the resident accesses his or her flat by walking up (or down, depending on the grade) open air stairs. The community was built in 2001 by the Wakefield Properties group.  Ideally located near walking trails, shopping centers and the Issaquah Highlands transit center.  We're just 35 minutes to the Summit ski slopes and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle making DayBreak the perfect location to live.
