Asphalt Resurfacing Project
August 23rd-25th

Daybreak will be resurfacing all parking lots .  This is a HUGE endeavor and it is essential for everyone to understand what is going to happen during the project.  Please read all information below and verify when you will need to move your vehicles from the property.  If your vehicle is in the parking lot at the beginning of the project, it will be towed at your expense.

Section 1:

CLOSED 8 am Thursday August 23rd through Friday August 24th

at 7 am.

Section 2:

CLOSED 8 am Friday August 24th through Saturday August 25th

at 3 pm.

  • NO PARKING OR TRAFFIC IN SCHEDULED AREAS
  • CARS ONSITE AT 8 AM WILL BE TOWED AT THE REGISTERED OWNER’S EXPENSE.
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER WILL BE CAUSE FOR RESCHEDULE

Please be sure to move your car out of the complex on the appropriate day.  Cars may remain inside of garages but cannot be moved at any time during the project. We understand this is a challenging project and appreciate your patience and understanding! Fortunately, it's only ½ a mile to the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride, which might be a great option to park your car.

DayBreak at Issaquah Ridge is a 90-unit condominium community with lovely views from its perch above Issaquah. The 3-story construction style is known fondly as a "woody-walk-up," as the resident accesses his or her flat by walking up (or down, depending on the grade) open air stairs. The community was built in 2001 by the Wakefield Properties group.  Ideally located near walking trails, shopping centers and the Issaquah Highlands transit center.  We're just 35 minutes to the Summit ski slopes and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle making DayBreak the perfect location to live.
